Commercial Secretary

The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years’ experience

  • Dictaphone typing – 65 words p/m
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Experience with Ghost practice
  • Strong administrative skills to be applied to management of office files, incoming and outgoing correspondence including email and electronic diary
  • Handle all general queries relating to invoices
  • Adhere to billing procedures
  • Capture invoices on account systems
  • Type/ draft commercial agreement from the documents or Dictaphone.
  • Prepare documents and draft agreement and other documents to set standards and forms
  • Type documents accurately without errors
  • Do client follow-ups on outstanding information and actions


Salaray plus/minus R16 000 depending on experience
